WEATHER/EVENT POLICY
- If heats are completed, event is considered a complete show.
- If heats are not completed all tickets and pit passes can be exchanged for an event of equal value. Refunds will be available under special circumstances, mail in only
Camping
During race events, free camping is permitted in the campground located at the south end of the property for those purchasing race event tickets, no hook-ups. To accommodate everyone, use one spot only for both camper and vehicle. Keep this in mind when arriving so you don’t have to move later. Please keep campground clean during your stay and clean up your area before you leave. Questions can be emailed to jorby@comcast.net or 779-230-1310.
- Do not leave trash behind.
- Be respectful to camping neighbors.
- No fireworks.
- Campfires must have fire ring, you are responsible for fire safety.
- Friendly pets are allowed in campground but must be leashed at all times and under pet owner’s constant watch. When not watching pets they must be placed indoors for safety of all guests. Please clean up after your pets immediately.
- No 4-wheelers or other motorized sports vehicles are allowed in campground or parking lot. They are only allowed inside pit/racetrack area during designated race times.
- Golf carts are allowed in campground.
- If rules are broken, camping privileges can be revoked.

Pit Stall Parking

- Must Park in Order of Arrival

- Must fit in the Painted Lines
- RVs or toterhomes attached to a race car trailer will be allowed to camp in the pit area at no additional cost.
Transponders
- XR Events utilize Westhold and MyLaps/AMB Transponders. If you do not have a transponder rentals will be available.
- $20 Rental Per Day
- Used pouches available for $10 if needed
